By ruling that Document B-076 is not privileged, Raymond Dearie has established that none of the personal documents that will be returned to Trump by the time DOJ submits its appeals brief on October 14 was an example of a privileged document escaping the filter team. By the time DOJ submits its appeal, much of the harm that Cannon caused or invented will have been ameliorated.

The government alleges that when they searched Josh Schulte's laptop for contraband starting in July, they found a significant amount of Child Sexual Abuse Material on his discovery laptop, probably copied from the disc that contains the CSAM allegedly found on his home computer. Schulte will be stuck with a typewriter to finish his post-trial motions.

The two privilege logs completed by the filter teams who searched Trump's beach resort were accidentally loaded to the docket. They reveal that Aileen Cannon risked US national security based off a claim that a medial record Trump released during the campaign in 2016 was a personal document the deprivation of which harmed Donald Trump.
