NYT's story about Donald Trump's extended efforts to help Turkey avoid criminal penalties for matters investigated by SDNY barely mentions Jeff Sessions or Mike Flynn. That's curious given that Jeff Sessions called Flynn's clients to find out what Flynn was lobbying about.

There are five days left until Election Day. There are at least 228,000 Americans dead from COVID, and another 25-30% more excess deaths -- all of them Trump's responsibility.

There are at least four irregularities in the Andrew McCabe notes sent out to Mike Flynn's lawyers.

The altered Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe documents were altered and realtered in one more way: the documents with the dates added had their protective order footers removed.

DOJ not only made a slew of new errors in their "authentication" of the documents in the Mike Flynn case, but they admitted that they lied when the called Bill Barnett's interview report a 302, which raises questions about its regularity.

When DOJ submitted new versions of the Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe notes they altered, they did not, in fact, submit unaltered versions. Instead, they submitted realtered versions, editing out the previous note rather than showing what the unscanned notes look like. I suspect that's an effort, in part, to hide what unnamed "government agent" altered the McCabe notes.

There are ten days left to insure the Trump Train leaves the station forever. Let Mr. Springsteen tell you to drive that train on out of town.

Judge Emmet Sullivan just ordered DOJ to comply with the order he already issued, that it certify all the exhibits submitted in this proceeding. He added a nearly impossible deadline and a requirement that DOJ transcribe hand-written notes and provide the author and date. This order will create a whole heap of problems for DOJ.
