What a contrast. Emptywheel answering questions from Nicole.
And on the DJT youtube clip, I didn’t have a translator to understand what he was trying to say. After about the 200th word of his sentence, my attention span gave out.

What was he trying to say?
“Your baby will go through several language milestones in their first 88 years of life. This can include cooing, laughing, babbling…. Your baby will eventually use words to let you know how he feels and what he wants.”

Which journalists are chasing down the true story of the John Paul Mac Isaac? Why do you think something will come out soon?

A big reason that I have been digging into as much as possible is that there hasn’t been any real reporters looking at it, until you started looking at it. Right wingers have free reign to print and say whatever narratives they want, without fact checking. They report stuff inaccurately. And then the public sees videos and texts related to drug usage and improper use of finances, leveraging his family name, etc, and a large part of the public is swayed by the narrative.
